Generate a new signature

As a user, it is extremely easy to use GenieSign to create your custom signature for all your organizational Emails. 

When you visit our website, you will find the Get Started button on the top right which will take you to our custom Signature Generator.

The GenieSign signature generator will provide you with fields that you want to fill out to create your signature. With both mandatory and optional fields GenieSign ensures your custom Signature only has the details you want to show.

The following fields are mandatory:

• Full Name
• Email
• Company Website
• Company Name
• Company Logo

The following are optional fields that can enhance your signature:

• Position Title
• Phone Number
• Mobile Number
• Extension

With that cleared up, lets talk about how you can create your signature.

When you type in a field, it will automatically populate the signature template on the right so you can see in real time how your signature is looking.

Once you have added your Personal Details, you can move on to Company Details.

For first time users, you will have to enter your Company Name, Company Website and a URL of your company Logo. Your Company Website will be auto-fetched based on your work email.

Once you have added all the mandatory details, a copy button should appear above the custom signature.

Clicking on either button will copy your custom signature on your clipboard which you can then copy paste in your signature settings on your work email.

For subsequent users from your company, our signature generator will auto-fetch the company website and the company logo, so users from your company do not need to enter company details every time.
